Effective April 25, 2007 - Plant Warranty Policy

At Predawn Nursery & Garden Centre we constantly strive to grow and buy only the best and hardiest of plant material.  In doing so, we will give a One Year Warranty on all Trees and Shrubs - Provided that they are Properly Planted, Watered, and Cared For as per our planting instructions!!! 

 Sometimes, do to circumstances beyond our control, we may receive inferior plants from our supplier and plants may die.  If a plant dies within one year, we will give a replacement plant or a store credit for a plant - in the value of the original price paid. - However, we must have the dead plant and the receipt returned!!!  We can only replace a plant One Time - There is No Warranty on Replacement Plants!! 

If your plant begins to go brown, yellow, or starts wilting or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us.  Often, a simple water related problem or insect problem can be solved over the phone.  The earlier a problem is detected, the better the chance is of saving the plant.

When a plant is bought on Sale - the warranty is limited - We will still honor a one year time limit, but, only the value originally paid (excluding delivery or planting charges (if any) will be given towards a new plant or as a store credit!!  One Replacement Only. No Refunds for dead plants bought on Sale. Replacement plants are not covered by warranty.

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by rodents, rabbits, dogs, cats, deer, automobiles, lawn care equipment, vandalism, pesticides, or water rot from planting too deep!

Annuals, perennials (including ornamental grasses) and tropicals are Not covered by this warranty.

Delivery charges, taxes, installation or any other labour charges are Not part of warranty!

We will in No Case be liable for more than the original price paid for any item.
