                 Fertilizers
                         The Hot Summer weather is here - make sure to water, water, water.  

                                                                                **All of our regular priced Trees & Shrubs are 25 % off**

                                                                                    All Annuals and Perennials are 15 % off.

                                                                                 Trees  & shrubs should be watered twice a week - minimum.

                                                                                 Horticultural Vinegar is available for weed control.              

                                                                                .Nematodes can be applied again from  mid - August to October

                                                                                Bio weed n feed is available for weed control - 2nd application between Sept. 15 to Oct. 15

                                                                                *this is a organic weed prevent (corn gluten) and natural slow release fertilizer - it should be

                                                                                watered in after applying but do not apply if a heavy rainstorm is predicted!

Organic fertilizer is available.

we carry Pink organic fertilizer for vegetable or flower gardens.

Predawn's 3 step program for a beautiful lawn.

Areate lawn in spring. Top dress to level out.

Step 1 - apply in early April - CIL fertilizer  or

                                                  - 7-7-7  fertilizer

Step 2 - apply in mid May  - cargill 20 -5 -5

Step 3 - apply in early Oct. - CIL 12-3-18 fall fertilizer

 **At this time the best weed control is to pull them out be hand/shovel and keep the lawn healthy.                    

Insect Control - we do carry organic pest control products - such as insecticidal soap, bio-mist, btk, dormant oil, sulphur, sticky strips.

                Also, nematodes are available, by special order, to control grubs.

Dormant oil should be applied in early April.  Fruit tree spray should be applied after flower petals fall off and fruit trees should be sprayed 5 -6 times in 2 week intervals for best fruit production.  At this time Bio Mist is the most effective organic spray available.
